As Director of New & Emerging Business at Rakuten India, responsible for incubating new programs, implementing key initiatives, business plans and strategies for Japan and global markets in emerging business (Low rung Airspace Platforms, Drones & UAV, UGV, Security Platforms, Mobile Security - Fraud Intelligence, AI & ML based Data Consulting services, Data Platforms & Data Monetization Services, Travel Platform Solutions, Cloud and Command Center Solutions) endeavors.

He has been associated with renowned groups like Hitachi, Rakuten, Larsen & Toubro Embedded Systems Limited, NDR Company Limited - Osaka Japan, Mitsubishi Electric Nagoya Works Japan, Toyota Motor Corp- Toyota City Japan, National Aerospace Laboratories.

He is also the recipient of Economic Times Top 50 Great manager/leader award for 2020. GMI NHRDN ET India Top Great People Manager 2023, HRAI 50 Under 50 Outstanding Trailblazer Leader. He is also a certified NLP Practitioner and Life coach
